    hi I have an Atlanta 28 It’s been stood for 10 years and the rudder is seized solid. Took the bottom shoe off that was stiff but the rudder is still solid. Taking the mount off in the cockpit. It is screwed in with four bolts. Is this fitting crewed into the rudder tube?

    I have sprayed release fluid and other things on but to no avail yet.
