My 1966 macwester26 water tanks are under the cabin seating towards the front where your legs are(rather than where your buttocks are). I think the second was a later fitting or there was an issue that was fixed as it looks different to the otherside. Not sure what they are made of but definitely fibreglassed onto brass pipe. Can’t see them or get to them without ripping out the front paneling of the seats. I don’t have a bench/diner set up. Hope this helps.

We too have just purchased a macwester26 .She also has some work needed as shes been neglected for many years.
I’m trying to source things as very green to sailing so why I joined the macwester club.
