Michael mcHughParticipant
I have reduced the asking price on my MacWeste 26. It’s a project but not too difficult for someone who knows what they are doing. I am just not getting the help I need from the yard. I have to wait months for the simplest jobs. I really want an enthusiast to have her and not the yard.
Michael mcHughParticipantI have just put up my Mac 26 for sale in Newhaven. Where are you based. the ad is on the site.. Michael.
Michael mcHughParticipantA mac 26, built in 1970.
Michael mcHughParticipantThanks Chris. I have been in touch and they want to know how many metres I need. I hoped you might have your original measurements to double check any I might make.
Michael mcHughParticipantChris do you have the measurements handy for the b extrusion? Assuming it was for a mac 26. Michael.
Michael mcHughParticipanthttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3oLhwI2gsVI Just saw this. No idea how expensive it is. The furling gennaker seems easy to handle short handed. Not a recommendation, just a thought.
Michael mcHughParticipantThanks everyone. I’ll get them after i have done the antifoul.
Michael mcHughParticipantThanks Linda. The bolts appear to be missing. Will it keep the water out when fitted? I can see the ground through the bolt holes in the block. Michael.
Michael mcHughParticipantOnce again Thanks.
Michael mcHughParticipantThanks Chris.
Michael mcHughParticipantThank you Chris.
Michael mcHughParticipantThank you both for your replies.I’ll look into the B Section option. i’m more concerned about leaks and damage to the gel coat than looks.
