Joining for New Members

Join on-line – complete this form Membership Application (online) here. Use the PayPal link to pay a first year membership fee of £30 and a recurring annual fee of £20. You will receive a confirmatory email for immediate account activation.

Join via postal application – download & print the Membership Application (postal) here, complete it & post it to the Membership Secretary. The form includes a Standing Order request for you to send to your bank. The Membership Secretary will email you activation details once payments have been confirmed. Send you form to:

Renewing a Lapsed Subscription

Renew on-line – Existing members with lapsed membership can use this form Renewal Form (online) for immediate renewal. There’s a PayPal link to pay the recurring annual subscription fee of £20.

Renew via postal application – Download and complete the Renewal Application (postal) here. Complete the form and associated Bank Standing Order ton send the completed form to the Membership Secretary at the address above. The Membership Secretary will email you activation details once payments have been confirmed.

Cancelling your Subscription

Cancelling on-line – Members who set up their membership using a PayPal subscription can cancel their subscription on-line Membership Subscription Cancellation (online). Note that the cancellation will apply to all future subscriptions from the end of the current yearly subscription period. 

Cancelling via postal application – If membership was set up by postal form and bank standing order it is necessary to email a confirmation of cancellation to the Membership Secretary. The Membership Secretary will that point your future subscriptions will be cancelled and your membership of the Association will be deemed to be closed.
